AG Research provides many clients with IT support. This involves the maintenance, upkeep and break and fix functions for desktops, printers, keyboard, monitors and other hardware. All of our IT support is handled both on site and remotely. To save the client time and money we handle everything possible remotely; when an on site visit is required we send a technician directly to the client’s location.


AG Research has the know how and skills to support your IT & network needs either on-site or remotely. Having remote support provides the client with immediate response. When the client calls, an AG technician is able to log on and fix the problem without having to travel to your location. This saves the client both time and travel expenses.


The AG Research support team consists of at least 15 technicians in Nova Scotia. This prevents the loss of time when an in house technician calls in sick or is working on another problem. AG Research has enough staff to provide reliable and flexible service to our clients at all times.


By outsourcing AG Research to conduct all of your IT & network support there is no need to hire a full time, in house technologist.
